{"id":95821,"date":"2021-03-28T09:50:10","date_gmt":"2021-03-28T08:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.colt.net\/?p=95821"},"modified":"2021-05-07T10:00:28","modified_gmt":"2021-05-07T09:00:28","slug":"customer-experience-continuing-to-lead-with-our-nps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/it\/resources\/customer-experience-continuing-to-lead-with-our-nps\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer experience; sempre ai vertici grazie al nostro NPS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019anno scorso abbiamo battuto ogni record con il nostro Net Promotor Score (NPS).<\/strong> Ci siamo mantenuti su livelli elevatissimi per tutto l\u2019anno e abbiamo chiuso il Q4 con un fantastico punteggio di <strong>69<\/strong> in Europa e <strong>35<\/strong> in Asia.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019NPS offre una visione completa della customer experience (CX). \u00c8 fondamentale per monitorare le nostre prestazioni in termini di CX e capire cosa sta andando bene con i nostri clienti e dove invece possiamo migliorare.<\/p>\n<p>Il nostro punteggio riflette il tempo e lo sforzo che stiamo mettendo nei nostri programmi globali di CX, l\u2019atteggiamento del management e l\u2019attenzione di ogni collega per i nostri clienti. Perch\u00e9, per noi, il cliente \u00e8 al centro di tutto ci\u00f2 che facciamo, e sono entusiasta del fatto che, negli ultimi due anni, Colt ha confermato questi livelli sia in Europa che in Asia. Questo completa e supporta il lavoro che stiamo facendo sul nostro Net Easy Score (NES), <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/resources\/making-customer-experience-net-easy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">che valuta quanto sia facile lavorare con noi<\/a>, in base a una serie di attivit\u00e0 e di touchpoint.<\/p>\n<p>Ma non vogliamo fermarci qui: un\u2019area di interesse della nostra nuova <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/resources\/colt-new-structure-and-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strategia triennale e della struttura organizzativa annunciata<\/a> di recente verte sugli sforzi per migliorare ulteriormente la CX e continuare a portare avanti i nostri programmi di customer intelligence. A questo proposito, abbiamo dato il via all\u2019iniziativa \u201c100 Voices\u201d che ci impegna in una continua riflessione con i nostri clienti e che ci ha portato alla creazione di algoritmi di Machine Learning (ML) su misura basati su tutti i dati raccolti nella nostra survey. Iniziative del genere ci consentono di scavare pi\u00f9 a fondo nelle preoccupazioni dei nostri clienti e migliorare il modo in cui ci impegniamo con loro. La nostra nuova funzione di <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/resources\/introducing-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Customer Relationship Management<\/a> \u00e8 l\u2019ultimo esempio di come stiamo facilitando la vita di chi decide di lavorare con Colt.<\/p>\n<p>Le nostre basi sono solide e nel 2021 vogliamo assolutamente confermarci sui livelli di NPS gi\u00e0 molto alti raggiunti finora.
