Carrefour Banca aveva inoltre la necessit\u00e0 di mantenere il controllo e la supervisione telefonica in quanto si avvaleva del supporto di un call center esterno.<\/p>\n<p>Questo scenario ha portato l\u2019azienda a ricercare un provider in grado di offrire una soluzione completa e flessibile con ottimi standard di servizio.<\/p>\n<p>Con Colt INteractiv le chiamate verso i numeri del servizio clienti sono allocate agli operatori disponibili, su ripartizione percentuale, in base alle scelte effettuate dai chiamanti ed alle fasce orarie configurate nel sistema. Questa gestione ottimizzata permette a Carrefour Banca di gestire un numero sempre pi\u00f9 elevato di contatti telefonici dei clienti.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"intro\">&#8220;Siamo passati da
