Nous avons enregistr\u00e9 de nos solides performances tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, et cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 le quatri\u00e8me trimestre avec un score fantastique de 69 en Europe et de 35 en Asie\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Le score NPS exprime une vision compl\u00e8te de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client (CX). \u00c0 ce titre, il est capital de surveiller nos performances et de comprendre ce que nos clients appr\u00e9cient chez Colt et ce que nous pouvons encore am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n<p>Notre score refl\u00e8te le temps et l\u2019\u00e9nergie que nous consacrons aux programmes de CX men\u00e9s dans le monde entier, mais \u00e9galement l\u2019attitude de notre \u00e9quipe dirigeante et l\u2019attention que chacun d\u2019entre nous accorde \u00e0 nos clients. Nous pla\u00e7ons le client au c\u0153ur de tout ce que nous entreprenons, et je suis ravi que les scores NPS enregistr\u00e9s en Europe et en Asie portent leurs fruits depuis deux ans. Ces r\u00e9sultats compl\u00e8tent et accompagnent les efforts accomplis en faveur de notre score NES, le <em>Net Easy Score\u00a0<\/em>; le NES \u00e9value la <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/resources\/making-customer-experience-net-easy\/\">facilit\u00e9 avec laquelle une entreprise peut collaborer avec Colt<\/a> au travers d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de transactions et de points de contact (<em>touchpoints<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas tout. Dans le cadre de la <a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/resources\/colt-new-structure-and-strategy\/\">strat\u00e9gie triennale et de la nouvelle structure organisationnelle<\/a> annonc\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment, nous redoublons d\u2019efforts en faveur de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client et poursuivons le d\u00e9veloppement de nos programmes d\u2019intelligence client. C\u2019est ainsi que nous avons lanc\u00e9 le programme \u00ab\u00a0100 Voices\u00a0\u00bb, qui engage une r\u00e9flexion permanente avec nos clients, et cr\u00e9\u00e9 des algorithmes d\u2019apprentissage automatique (ML) sur mesure qui couvrent l\u2019ensemble des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par nos enqu\u00eates. Ces programmes nous permettent de mieux cerner les pr\u00e9occupations de nos clients et de transformer la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous engageons aupr\u00e8s d\u2019eux. Notre fonction nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e de gestion de la relation client (<a href=\"https:\/\/legacy.colt.net\/resources\/introducing-crm\/3\">CRM<\/a>) est la toute derni\u00e8re initiative amorc\u00e9e par Colt pour faciliter les relations commerciales avec sa client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons nous appuyer sur des bases solides et sommes d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 maintenir cette ann\u00e9e encore notre score NPS.
