En plus de repr\u00e9senter une \u00e9volution de 11 % par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, <em>ce niveau de relation client place Colt en t\u00eate des op\u00e9rateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications europ\u00e9ens<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La progression de son score NPS est le fruit d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie fortement orient\u00e9e clients coupl\u00e9e aux efforts de ses collaborateurs. Les investissements consentis par Colt dans la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 constante de son r\u00e9seau et dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de ses services ont confort\u00e9 la progression de cet indice depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
