Elle a rejoint FIL Limited en 1999 et en est actuellement la Directrice administrative (Chief Administrative Officer), responsable des ressources humaines mondiales, des affaires institutionnelles, de l\u2019immobilier d\u2019entreprise, des fondations FIL ainsi que des services op\u00e9rationnels en Inde et en Tunisie. Auparavant, elle \u00e9tait \u00e0 la t\u00eate des ressources humaines mondiales de FIL. Avant son arriv\u00e9e chez FIL, Sally Nelson a travaill\u00e9 pendant douze ans chez PwC dans les ressources humaines.
