La empresa tecnol\u00f3gica se une as\u00ed a este c\u00f3digo de compromiso que empresas e instituciones firman voluntariamente con el objetivo de sensibilizar sobre los principios de igualdad de oportunidades. Se trata, en definitiva, de una manera clara de avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n de una plantilla diversa y en la que se promueva la inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La diversidad forma parte del ADN de Colt y as\u00ed lo demuestran las encuestas que contestan los propios empleados, en las que se valora muy positivamente (89%) los esfuerzos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda por promocionar la diversidad.<\/p>\n<p>Esta diversidad abarca todos los \u00e1mbitos posibles partiendo del hecho de que la plantilla est\u00e1 compuesta por profesionales provenientes de m\u00e1s de 35 nacionalidades distintas. Solo desde el centro de servicios de Barcelona se da soporte a clientes de m\u00e1s de 80 pa\u00edses y se colabora estrechamente con 28 pa\u00edses de Europa y Asia. En este sentido, Colt fomenta el aprendizaje de idiomas<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es esencial la diversidad de g\u00e9nero, muy escasa en un sector TIC donde las mujeres representan un 19% de las personas empleadas. Colt cuenta con un plan de igualdad que ha logrado situar en un 37% el porcentaje de mujeres en la plantilla de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En cuestiones de inclusi\u00f3n de grupos desfavorecidos, Colt ha lanzado el <em>proyecto Escuelita<\/em>, que busca la inserci\u00f3n laboral de j\u00f3venes con discapacidad mediante un programa de pr\u00e1cticas y formaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n colabora con organizaciones como la Fundaci\u00f3n Exit y su <em>proyecto Coach<\/em>, cuyo objetivo es motivar a los j\u00f3venes present\u00e1ndoles el mundo empresarial desde dentro; o con Fundaci\u00f3n A La Par y su proyecto <em>Campvs<\/em> para inclusi\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes con discapacidad ps\u00edquica en el mundo laboral a trav\u00e9s de un Master de 3 a\u00f1os.
