La aparici\u00f3n de las tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito supusieron una aut\u00e9ntica revoluci\u00f3n para toda la sociedad. Ya no era necesario llevar tu dinero en efectivo y temer perderlo sino que pod\u00edas llevar todos tus ahorros en peque\u00f1as y manejables tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito. Sin embargo, actualmente la realidad es otra: las tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito se han convertido en el antiguo dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n<p>Es muy com\u00fan que los monederos est\u00e9n repletos de tarjetas, una tarjeta visa, una de d\u00e9bito, una cuenta en un banco, otra en otro\u2026 Raro es el tarjetero que solo lleva una en su interior. El nuevo paradigma es el siguiente: la sociedad se est\u00e1 cansando del pl\u00e1stico de la misma manera que se cans\u00f3 del <em>cash<\/em>, y nuestros smartphones y la tecnolog\u00eda actual nos est\u00e1 planteando nuevas y accesibles alternativas\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La \u00faltima y m\u00e1s novedosa son los pagos con la voz tanto presenciales como por tel\u00e9fono. La voz es el nuevo sistema biom\u00e9trico de identificaci\u00f3n de usuarios. La voz es natural e intuitiva, r\u00e1pida y personal de cada uno de nosotros por lo que tanto presencialmente como por tel\u00e9fono se est\u00e1 desmarcando como \u201cel sistema del futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Google est\u00e1 realizando pruebas con su nuevo proyecto \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/get.google.com\/handsfree\/#?modal_active=none\">Hands Free<\/a>\u201d: un sistema que a trav\u00e9s de una frase \u201cVoy a pagar con Google\u201d, una foto asociada a una cuenta y unas iniciales ser\u00e1 suficiente para pagar la cesta de la compra. Lo interesante para la ciberseguridad es que los detalles y datos de la cuenta no se transmiten a los comerciantes por los que estos siguen seguros. El usuario siempre recibe una notificaci\u00f3n instant\u00e1nea en su terminal y Google realiza un an\u00e1lisis autom\u00e1tico y exhaustivo de la actividad de la cuenta para detectar posible alteraciones irregulares.<\/p>\n<p>Por tel\u00e9fono, bancos como Barclays e ING est\u00e1n implantando estos sistemas. Como siempre hemos defendido en Colt, la voz est\u00e1 muy viva y este tipo de iniciativas lo demuestran. En este caso este sistema de identificaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 dirigido al ahorro de acciones y eficiencia del tiempo de atenci\u00f3n al cliente. A trav\u00e9s de una conversaci\u00f3n fluida y natural, el sistema es capaz de reconocer la voz del interlocutor y evitar perder tiempo en las cl\u00e1sicas preguntas o patrones de seguridad.
