Frankfurt, 14.05.2018, Colt Technology Services und PCCW Global haben in einem Machbarkeitsnachweis (Proof of Concept) gezeigt, dass die Abrechnungen von Live-Daten zwischen Carriern durch eine Blockchain m\u00f6glich ist. Der Blockchain-Initiative von Colt und PCCW Global haben sich seitdem weitere Carrier angeschlossen, darunter BT, HGC Global Communications, Telef\u00f3nica Business Solutions und Telstra. Die Testl\u00e4ufe zwischen Colt und PCCW Global k\u00f6nnen so demn\u00e4chst auf weitere Unternehmen ausgeweitet werden. <\/p>\n
Bereits im M\u00e4rz haben Colt, PCCW Global und das Start-up Clear die Abrechnung von Wholesale-Voice-Minuten zwischen Carriern mit einer Blockchain auf wenige Minuten reduziert. Damals kamen historische Daten zum Einsatz. Jetzt haben die Unternehmen Live-Daten in die Blockchain aufgenommen. Dadurch haben sie bewiesen, dass der Datenverkehr zwischen Carriern automatisch verifiziert und abgerechnet werden kann. Sowohl Colt als auch PCCW Global sind Mitglieder des ITW Global Leaders\u2019 Forum (GLF), in dem Diskussionen \u00fcber Blockchain eine gro\u00dfe Rolle spielen. GLF m\u00f6chte gerne ein Umfeld in der Branche schaffen, das die Zusammenarbeit und Interoperabilit\u00e4t zwischen Carriern erm\u00f6glicht. Der Proof of Concept sollte zeigen, wie die ganze Branche von einer neuen Technologie profitieren kann.<\/p>\n
